It can be used to pack carbonated beverage such as carbonated drinks, cola, iced tea and carbonated mineral water and so on into all kinds of bottles from 200ml to 2000ml.
Characteristics:
1) PLC control, English and Man-machine interface, operating easy and simple maintain
2) Air delivery in-feeding conveyor and connect with star wheel directly to make bottle size change easily.
3) Neck hanging technology is applied to fit different height bottle and prevent second pollution.
4) Apply insertion type to control fluid level and ensure filling accuracy and preventing spray
5) Frequency inverter controls the whole machine to make working smooth and reliability.
6) Advanced magnetic coupler to regulate cap screwing torque to keep capping accuracy
7) Three in one monoblock structure make machine compact and beautiful appearance, save you workshop floor and labour cost.
